The Fiji Visitors Bureau is still awaiting $2 million from interim government which was recently approved for promoting Fiji.
Chairman, Patrick Wong says the much needed funding has been endorsed by the interim cabinet.

According to Wong occupancy rates have not improved since the beginning on this year and the $2 million will be used for marketing Fiji.
Meanwhile, Interim Tourism Minister, Bernedette Rounds Ganilau is expected to comment later.
