The Fiji Teachers Union is unhappy with the Interim Government's stand to defer the implementation of the Employment Relations Bill.
Union's General Secretary, Agni Deo Singh said consultation on the bill is continuing for the past nine years and it is time to make the bill a legislation.
Singh said the Ousted Government was in the final stages to implement this bill and the Interim Government should have implemented it.
Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama had last week announced that the bill will be deferred for another six months.
