The General Secretary for the Fiji Teachers Union said he will be meeting with the Education Ministry officials to discuss the Poverty Relief Fund for Education.
Agni Deo Singh said he is very happy that a Fund will be set up to help the poorest of the poor parents send their children to school.
The Poverty Relief Fund for Education has been given $200,000 in the 2009 Budget and will be handled by the PM's office.
