The maintenance and the repair work on the Fiji School of Nursing are expected to be completed next week.

Republic of Fiji Military Forces Engineers Project team Major Semi Mocelutu said the work is progressing well as more than 80 percent of the work should be completed by next week.

Fiji School of Nursing was badly affected by Cyclone Gene and as a result the opening of the school for this season was deferred.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama had directed that RFMF Engineers undertake repairs and renovation works of the FSN immediately so that school can resume soon.
