The Fiji Rugby Union High Performance Unit is definite that it will receive extra funding for the Fiji team for the World Cup in New Zealand in 2011.
Speaking to Legend FM sports, HPU Manager Peter Murphy says that the Unit has made a huge progress in less than two years and this was evident in the teams' performance during the World Cup in France.
Murphy adds that the IRB was very impressed with the Fiji team's performance and he has no doubt that extra funding will come our way.
The funds are expected to be allocated by early next year by the IRB.
