The Fiji Rugby Union is expected to meet with the International Rugby Board next week to discuss the issue of gate takings for the Pacific Nations Cup.
Acting Chief Executive Keni Dakuidreketi said that the Board members are expected into the country today, and they will sit down to discuss a compromise.
FRU had written to IRB requesting that a certain percentage from the gate takings be taken by FRU for the running of the Union.
Looking at the results from the two PNC games played so far: the Flying Fijians ended a three year losing streak to the I'Kale Tahi after they beat the Tongan side 36-22 and the Junior All Blacks beat Samoa 17-16.
Next Thursday the Flying Fijians meet PNC defending champions, Junior All Blacks at Lautoka's Churchil Park and Japan meets Samoa at Lawaqa Park.
