The Fiji Rugby Union board will hold a special meeting next week to look at the report submitted by the team management and senior players on the Europe Tour.

Chairman Bill Gavoka said that after yesterday’s meeting they have decided to wait for some management who went on tour are still on leave.

Gavoka adds a report from senior players on the tour has highlighted that in the players' eyes Fiji rugby has taken a huge step backwards since that memorable performance against South Africa in the 2007 Rugby World Cup quarter final.

He believes while the results from the Europe did not favour Fiji the players have learnt alot from the tour.
