The Fiji Rugby Union will discuss with union members in their annual general meeting will discuss the Flying Fijian sides preparations for next year’s World Cup on Saturday.

FRU CEO Keni Dakuidreketi has confirmed that one of the key issues they will look at is when they will need to assemble the players together to prepare for the World Cup.

Dakuidreketi added that while there will be no election this year the FRU will present to their members on Saturday, the 2009 financial reports and also the High Performance Unit report.

Also all of the FRU reports from the U19 to the senior grades will be presented where they will look at ways to improve their performance this season.

The Digicel Cup and Farebrother Sullivan trophy format will also be discussed at the AGM.

The FRU AGM will be held at the Waterfront hotel in Lautoka and will start at 10am.
