Fiji Rugby Union CEO Radrodro Tabualevu has revealed that the format of local rugby competitions is highly likely to change as there is a big gap between the provincial teams.
Tabualevu has also confirmed that they will also be looking at the standard of the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Competition as the Fiji Schoolboys team was recently hammered by the Australia and New Zealand schoolboys.
Tabualevu said the current local rugby competitions are not bringing out the best results.
Nadroga is now unbeaten in the last 32 games in provincial rugby and most recently the Stallions hammered Tailevu 57-0 at Lawaqa Park in the HFC Bank Farebrother Sullivan challenge.
None of the Nadroga players have been picked for the Europe tour by the Vodafone Fiji 15s coach John McKee.
