The Fiji Rugby Union is still seeking sponsorship for their development plans that will require a lot of money.
FRU Chairman, Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga said that our national teams need to improve their performance first and they are looking at the business community to assist.
The Flying Fijians expenditure in the upcoming Europe Tour stands at around $2 million.
The IRB has shared part of the costs with some sponsors.
The first game in the tour is against England at 2.30am next Sunday in a sold out match at Twickenham.
