The Fiji Rugby Union is standing firm on the Digicel Fiji 7s rugby coach, Alifereti Dere and Etuate Waqa with their plans from last year when they were named, that the rugby public should not expect the results that they are after in the IRB 7s series this year.
After the second leg in Las Vegas yesterday, FRU Board Chairman, Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga said that they have named Dere and Waqa with a long term plan.
The Fiji 7s team will arrive into the country on Thursday.
The next leg of the IRB 7s series will be held in Hong Kong from the 23rd to the 25th of March.
