The case in relation to the main winner of the Fiji Rugby Union World Cup lottery in late December will be heard in the High Court today.
The winner, Olaf Allen Junior has taken the FRU to court as he has not received the prize.
He was declared the winner of the main prize which was $100,000.
Olaf Allen Junior is represented by Suva law firm Lateef and Lateef.
