A Fiji Rugby Union board member Jay White has said they are united and have the same focus and vision.

White who is widely known as the founder of the famous Coral Coast Sevens says this unity and vision is reflected in the Vodafone Fiji Sevens team and the Telecom Fijiana qualifying for the Rio Olympics next year.

He stresses the FRU board is now focused on ensuring that the men’s and women’s sevens teams are prepared for the series and also for the Olympic Games.

White had said changes within the FRU management will not affect players’ performance on the field.

FRU CEO Radrodro Tabualevu had resigned after only a few months in the job.

The 2016 Rio Olympics will be in August next year while the 2015/2016 HSBC Sevens series will start on the 4th of next month.
