The Fiji Rugby Union is now negotiating with the Australian government on the possibility of lifting travel sanctions on military personnel who will be named in the Flying Fijian to take on the Wallabies next month.
FRU chairman, Bill Gavoka said they are required under the IRB regulation to field the best available team in this Test match against Australia.
Gavoka said the coaching staff have another option available if players will not be allowed to travel to Australia.
Current Fiji Warriors captain Dale Tonawai, Alefoso Yalayalatabua, Leone Nakarawa, Waqabaca Kotobalavu, Manasa Saulo, Nikola Matawalu, Mosese Vasuitoga and Epeli Ruivadra will be affected by the travel sanction.
The Flying Fijians will take on the Wallabies in Canberra on the 5th of June.
