The Fiji Rugby Union is looking for a capable person to prepare and coach the Fiji Under-20 team to the Junior World Championships to be held in South Africa in June.

Former U20 coach, Inoke Male who guided the side to the 6th place last year the best ever finished for the Fiji team, is now the Flying Fijians coach.

One of the criteria for the successful coach is to have coached at a senior level preferably within the Digicel Cup or the Farebrother Sullivan Challenge Series.

It also requires the candidates to have a Level 2 Coaching certificate from the IRB or from a certified equivalent institution such as the New Zealand Rugby Union or the Australian Rugby Union.
