The Fiji Rugby Union is now looking at ways in which they can improve their lottery ticket sales after being forced to extend the draw date to the 30th of December, 2010 as they have not met their target.

When questioned on how many tickets have been sold since the launch of the lottery last year, FRU board chairman Bill Gavoka said 20,000 tickets were issued for sale but he did not have the exact figures of the tickets sold so far.

Gavoka is hoping that the rugby public will understand that they are doing this for the Flying Fijians for next years World Cup.
