The Fiji Rugby Union hopes to raise $1 million from their fundraising drive which will be launched next week.
FRU Board chairman Filimoni Waqabaca said they will be launching the centennial jersey sale which has a limited edition to commemorate the 100 years of the FRU.
Waqabaca added they are printing 200 specially designed jerseys that will be sold at $5,000 a piece.
Waqabaca said this will greatly help the FRU’s current financial situation.
The fundraising drive will be launched by the Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama next Monday.
