The Fiji Rugby Union is expected to establish a special tribunal today who will hear protests appeals by rugby unions and make final decisions tomorrow.

Tailevu and Nadroga Rugby Unions have lodged an appeal after their protests were disallowed by the FRU.

Nadroga Rugby president Tiko Matawalu expressed his frustration in a special meeting on Saturday saying FRU deducted Nadroga's five points which he believes was unfair.

Suggestions were made by some Rugby Unions to the new FRU Board for an external tribunal to make a final decision on these matters.

FRU Chairman, Filimoni Waqabaca said the tribunal will sit tomorrow to decide which teams will feature in the semifinals of the Digicel Cup.

The special tribunal is expected to sit at the FRU House tomorrow at 10am.
