The Fiji Rugby Union is awaiting a positive response from the Government with regards to the $3 million they earlier agreed to give for the Flying Fijians preparations for the World Cup in New Zealand.
FRU CEO Keni Dakuidreketi said he has already updated the Government with details from the Annual General Meeting and will await their decision.
Meanwhile Dakuidreketi had earlier confirmed to Fijivillage that the newly elected Board of Directors will have their first meeting on Thursday afternoon where a new Chairman will be elected.
