The Fiji Rugby Union continues to do its best both on and off the field to promote Fiji as one of the world's great tourist destinations.

This week the FRU has been assisting a United Kingdom based independent television production company with a film they are doing for National Geographic.

The production company Green Bay Media is from Cardiff, Wales and specializes in making high quality factual programming for both the British and international market.

Their most recent production was a prestigious six part hi definition landscape series on the world's rivers "RIVER AND LIFE" that sold internationally to broadcasters including the National Geographic Channel.

For Fiji they plan to capture the beauty and diversity of Fijian landscape with breathtaking shots of the scenery as well as feature stories around the islands which will reflect its unique heritage.

One such story is rugby and its place within the nation=s heart.
