The Fiji Rugby Union will kickoff its 2008 Sanyo Cup competition this weekend.
Lautoka will play the opening match against the newly promoted Rewa side, on Friday at Churchill Park at 7pm.
Nadroga will have a tough task in the opening round as they will host Naitasiri at Lawaqa Park on Saturday at 3pm. You can catch the live commentary of the match on our sister station Viti-FM.
In other matches this Saturday, Namosi plays Ovalau, Northland take on Navosa and Tavua hosts Suva.
The Nadi / Tailevu match has been shifted to a later date because Prince Charles Park is booked for the Fiji Bitter Fact this weekend.
