The Fiji Rugby Union has already started their plans for the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
Chief Executive Ratu Timoci Tavanavanua said they will not be waiting till 2010 and preparations should begin from next year.
Tavanavanua said they have been drawn in a tough pool and to reach the last eight, they will have to have a good plan in place.
The Flying Fijians were yesterday drawn in Pool D with Wales, South Africa and a qualifier from Oceania 1 and Asia.
