The Fiji Rugby Union's High Performance Unit has secured a deal with the New South Wales Waratahs club, who will be sending their expert coaches to help the Fiji 15's rugby team.
HPU manager Peter Murphy said it's a long term plan till the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
He said the three expert coaches selected from the Waratahs coaching panel, Joe Barakat, Les Kiss and Charlie Higgins will start their roles from the IRB Pacific Nations Cup competition.
Barakat will help as forwards coach while Kiss will be the backs coach and Higgins coming in as trainer and will assist Nacanieli Cawanibuka.
The IRB Pacific Nations Cup kicks off on June 7 with Fiji hosting Samoa at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
