The Fiji Rugby Union is now working on a plan on how they can fully utilize the services of overseas rugby experts Greg Mum and Shannon Fraser to help in the development of the sport in the country from next year.

The two who played a big part in helping the FMF Flying Fijians 15s rugby team reach the quarterfinals of the Rugby World Cup, will now be involved with the FRU in assisting the coaches of the U-19, U-20, 7s rugby and the Fiji 15s team.

High Performance Unit Manager Peter Murphy said the two will be working with FRU now on a part-time basis since they also have coaching commitments in Australia.
