Fiji Rugby Union CEO Radrodro Tabualevu is deeply concerned as the FRU could not hold its Annual General Meeting on three occasions this year as they could not get a quorum.

Tabualevu said the International Rugby Board is demanding for good governance by respective member unions and they have faced some problems in this by not having their AGM.

He said it is an indication of ownership around the game by provincial unions as the FRU is keen to present its report in the AGM.

Tabualevu said they are going around meeting the respective unions to ascertain why they are not attending the AGM.

He said they have to hold their AGM before December.
