The Fiji Rugby Union board and selectors are currently meeting at Rugby House to make some changes to the FMF Flying Fijians 15s rugby coaching staff to the Rugby World Cup.
This morning FRU CEO Ratu Timoci Tavanavanua met with national 15s rugby manager Pio Bosco Tikoisuva, High Performance Unit manager Peter Murphy, Jeremy Duxbury and Dan Lobendhan to discuss the issue that has been highlighted in the media that some of the 15s rugby coaching staff are not following the rules set by FRU.
Village Sports has also received confirmation that in the last hour, FRU legal adviser Graham Leung was called into Rugby House to look at the legal contract of the current coaching staff.
Sources in the Games Committee have highlighted that they have submitted to the FRU board that action should be taken against some top level 15s rugby officials since a 6 month suspension was handed to players who were found drinking after the London 7s and the same should happen to these officials.
