The Fiji Public Service Association is threatening legal action after Fiji Islands Council of Trade Unions General Secretary Attar Singh earlier claimed that FPSA's General Secretary was taking credit for something he was not a part of, the Employment Tribunal decision for 4% of the pay cuts to be backdated to 2007 and paid out in full.
Rajeshwar Singh said FICTU's Attar Singh should apologize now.
Attar Singh said he is sticking to his earlier stance.
The Employment Tribunal last week ordered the government to restore the 2 percent pay cut back to March 2007, within three months and a further 2 percent in six months.
