Fiji Public Service Association General Secretary, Rajeshwar Singh has today denied allegations against him that he was only trying to look good for his iTaukei members when he was fighting the court case in relation to the reduction in the civil service retirement age from 60 to 55 years.

Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said that Singh met with him at a Suva coffee shop where he said he only wanted to be seen as fighting for his members.

Sayed-Khaiyum has raised the question on whether this type of union executives really care about their members or the country as a whole.
