Three Fiji National University students received cash prizes for their architectural designs in a Final year design project competition by the Fiji Architecture Association.
Out of fifty eight entries, Orisi Vukinavanua took the top prize of $500, with Viliame Vosabeci and Issac Underwood recieveing $200 each for their designs of imaginative plans for a school of architecture sited in the botanical gardens near Fiji Museum.
Underwood and Vosabeci said their hard work paid off with the prizes awarded to them.
The project was an academic essay and Thurston garden remains intact.
