The actuarial review of the pension scheme offered by the Fiji National Provident Fund is expected to be complete by the end of this month.

This has been confirmed by the FNPF's chief executive Aisake Taito who said Mercer Australia Limited who has been appointed to undertake the review in line with its intention to reform the pension scheme and protect it from collapse.

Taito said once they receive the report, they then will decide on the next step to take.
