The Fiji National Provident Fund has hit out at claims by the Vanua Nahongo in Nadroga that they have been ill treated by representatives of the Fund.
Spokesman of the Yatule resort landowners, Ratu Osea Gavidi had earlier told Village News that the landowning unit had lodged a complaint against Mosese Nakabea that he had allegedly initimidated the landowners and attempted to take over the Yatule resort.
However, Natadola Resort Project Chairman, Felix Anthony said the claims are untrue. But Ratu Osea Gavidi said FNPF has breached their contract and will take the matter to court.
