The Fiji National Provident Fund is now looking for a strategic partner to get the Grand Pacific Hotel Project off the ground as expressions of interest to develop the site ends next week.
Chairman of the Grand Pacific Hotel Project Board Howard Politini confirmed to Fijivillage News that they have received several expressions of interest from Fiji and abroad.
Politini said the FNPF is seeking a strategic partner to ensure that it does not solely shoulder the risks involved in investing members funds in the project.
He confirms that once the successful developer is identified, they will focus on the design for the new GPH and will ensure that its heritage identity is maintained and it once again becomes the star attraction of the capital city.
