The Fiji Nursing Association will not engage in any talks with the Public Service Commission in relation to the restoration of the four percent paycut for the Civil servants.
This comes after some affiliates of the Public Sector Unions agreed to engage in talks with the PSC today.
FNA's General Secretary, Kuini Lutua said the matter is before the courts and there is no use for them to have discussions on the issue.
However, Lutua said they will take the one percent restoration with open arms which will be released this December.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Islands Council Of Trade Unions has also said that it will not engage in talks on the issue.
General Secretary, Attar Singh also said the matter is before the courts and they will wait for court's decision.
