The Fiji Nursing Association is aware of the view that the Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama has the final say on their grievances.
FNA General Secretary Kuini Lutua said that after talking to Commodore Bainimarama they have been waiting 24 hours for the Interim PM to come back to them regarding their request.
Lutua added that they will not bow down to any pressure and it is for the interim regime to start the dialogue again, if they want FNA members to return to work.
Today members of the FNA families gathered at their respective centres to show their support to the nurses who are on their 5th day of strike.
