The Fiji Nursing Association is adamant that Interim Minister for Labour, Bernadette Rounds Ganilau should refer FNA's industrial dispute to compulsory arbitration.
General Secretary, Kuini Lutua also reveals that when the matter is referred to arbitration, one of her demands is to claim for the nurses pay that are on strike since day one.
Ganilau earlier stated that the strike is legal as nurses had followed all procedures Under the Trade Dispute Act before they went on strike.
