FMF Flying Fijians coach Ilivasi Tabua will be naming his captain to the World Cup in France by this week.

Speaking to Village sports Tabua said that considering that they will be fielding two different teams in their pool games, he will be selecting two captains and two vice-captains.

Tabua adds that the four will solely take the role of leaders in the team but he will be relying on the rest of the boys' to help out in decision making during the games'.

The four players who are expected to fit into the positions could be Mosese Rauluni, Kele Leawere, Seremaia Bai and Seru Rabeni.

The FMF Flying Fijians are into their fourth week of training at the Crows Nest in Sigatoka and will be holding match fitness tests to work on their combinations.

The team leaves our shores for the World Cup in France on 17 August.
