The FMF Chow Kaji President Rupeni Tamani has dismissed reports in other dailies that they have failed to provide medical assistance on the opening day of the competition yesterday.

The issue came up when a Nasinu Warriors Under 13 Captain William Mataitini broke his arm during one of the pool games, and no medical assistance was there to help and take him to Labasa Hospital.

Tamani says those sort of reports are damaging the FMF Chow Kaji competition and every medical assistance is in place if any player gets injured in the three day tournament.
