We will be asking the authorities to reinstate the permit to hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Those were the words of Fiji Law Society President Dorsami Naidu after the Society's permit to hold their AGM was cancelled.
Naidu said he will be writing to the authorities for reasons on why the permit was cancelled.
When contacted earlier, Director Police Operations SSP Waisea Tabakau did not want to give any reason for the cancellation for the meeting that was to be called on the 26th of this month at "The Fijian Hotel".
