In order to further improve ethnic relations in the country, the Fiji Labour Party said it will create a ministry for race relations if it comes into power.
As the party gets ready to announce its first batch of proposed candidates this weekend, FLP leader Mahendra Chaudhry believes they have a good mix of people from all races in their lineup.
Meanwhile, FLP is expected to announce 30 of their proposed candidates this Saturday.
Chaudhry said they will also launch their campaign centre in Vatuwaqa.
