The Fiji Labour Party has welcomed the decision by the High Court in favor of the President and the Interim Prime Minister.
Party Leader Mahendra Chaudhry said in some ways the Judgment eludes to the fact that the Ousted Prime Minister may have been responsible for inviting this predicament on himself.
