The Fiji Institute of Technology Director, Doctor Ganesh Chand has implemented several cost cutting measures this year and one of these measures would be to increase the work load of its staff.
Chand said last year's accounts are currently being prepared and it is forecasted FIT will have a deficit budget of around a million dollars.
Chand said they now need to bring their expenses down and several measures have already been put in place which will see this happen.
