A Former Fiji Labour Party Senator may take the Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority to court to take the Interim Minister to task for allegedly evading taxes and collecting money for the communities in Fiji but depositing the money in off-shore accounts.

Bijay Prasad said he will take the matter to court if no steps are taken in the near future to carry out an investigation to determine if the interim minister evaded taxes over a period of time and the find out the source of income of the minister over the past years due to the large amount of cash in the foreign banks.
