The Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority today launched the Tax Agent Portal, which will enable tax agents to access information about their clients on line.
FIRCA's National I.T. Project Manager Umesh Chandra said the new on line service at this stage is only available to tax agents, and this in turn will cut down the need to physically visit their office to access information.
Chandra adds there are also plans to provide other services on line for all registered tax payers to access.
The Tax Agent Portal was officially launched by Acting Prime Minister and Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.
