The Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority Officers and Staff Association is now in talks with FIRCA management as it seeks a 5 percent COLA adjustment for members for this year.
Association President Josaia Gonewai said Union Executives resolved to lodge their log of claims based on various factors which affect their members.
FIRCA confirms that negotiations are underway and they are looking into the log of claims by the FIRCA Officers and Staff Association.
