The Fiji Islands Council of Trade Unions General Secretary has today blamed some of the Unionists after the Public Service Commission yesterday confirmed that the Interim Cabinet has decided that it cannot confirm a timeline to restore the remaining 4 percent pay cut.
Attar Singh said the leaders of Fiji Teachers Union and the Fiji Public Service Association should have understood the agreement before signing it with the PSC on the restoration of the full 5 percent.
Singh said because of the agreement, PSC is now trying to bulldoze its way through.
Meanwhile, Rajeshwar Singh said Attar Singh should not comment on the issue as he does not understand the details of the agreement.
