The case taken by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) against the Co-Chair of the Fiji Sports Council, Rajendra Chaudhry has been dismissed by the Suva Magistrates Court this morning.
Magistrate Angela Wati this morning dismissed the case saying that there was no case to answer.
FICAC had charged Chaudhry on the 16th of last month for obstructing an officer in the execution of her duty.
He was alleged to have denied access of FICAC officer, Loraini Seru, to Sports Council's Losalaini Waqausa in order to get a statement from her.
