The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption is still awaiting the Fijian Affairs Ministry to submit the report on Native Land Trust Board for investigations.

FICAC Deputy Commissioner, LT. Colonel George Langman told Village News that the report was supposed to be handed to them early this week, however he is still awaiting the Interim Minister, Ratu Epeli Ganilau, to do so.

The Ministry wanted the Commission to investigate Ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase for certain irregularities sighted in the report.

The investigating team headed by Colonel Apakuki Kurusiga is alleging that there are cases of abuse of office in the NLTB.
