Suva Lawyer and former Fiji Sports Council Co-chair Rajendra Chaudhry has labeled the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption as "incompetent".
Chaudhry was charged by FICAC last month, however the Suva Mgistrates Court yesterday dismissed the case, saying that there is no case to answer.
Chaudhry added that the current leadership of FICAC needs to be re-looked at, as some investigators and lawyers are not performing as expected.
He has also called on the Interim Attorney General to look into the affairs of FICAC.
Meanwhile FICAC spokesperson Maraiah Vavaitamana says FICAC will not comment as they have other important issues to think about.
Interim Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says FICAC is here to stay and here to do a job.
