The FSC board is now being investigated by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption.
FICAC spokesperson Maraia Vavaitamana has confirmed to Village News they have received complaints against the current FSC board and an investigation is underway.
She said the allegations against the board are in relation to corruption.
Vavaitamana has denied revealing any other details saying that the investigation is in the initial stages.
FICAC officers raided the Fiji Sugar Corporation and the South Pacific Fertilizers Limited office to confiscate documents to determine the allegations.
