Commissioner Central Inoke Devo is currently in the custody of the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption.
Devo was taken into custody by FICAC yesterday and is currently being questioned in relation to the allegations leveled against him.
FICAC investigators have confirmed that Devo will be charged this morning and he is likely to appear in court later this morning or at 2pm.
Devo is under investigation in relation to alleged corruption, abuse of office, nepotism and alleged abuse of funds.
FICAC is also expected to question some other employees at the Commissioner Central's office in relation to the investigations.
